Investor Relations Manager (Investment Holding Group)We are delighted to be working with a listed investments group in the UAE, who are recruiting for an Investor Relations manager to join their team. They are a publicly listed, diversified holding group, and operate several listed subsidiaries. Debt Capital Markets experience is particularly important for this role.ResponsibilitiesBuild an IR strategy for the group and engage with analysts and other external stakeholders.Engage with existing and future shareholders to understand investor perceptions and communicate earnings reports and annual releases.Regularly engage with strategy and communication peers, arranging investor days and events.Requirements10+ years of total experience, with a current role in IR at a publicly listed entity.Understanding of financial models and reports (a background in banking would be a plus).Deep understanding of DCM (and ECM).Please apply with an updated CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
