Investments Graduate Program 2026 (UAE Nationals)

We are looking for talented graduates to join our Investments Graduate Program 2026.This program has been designed to give recent graduates the experience and skills they need to excel in a career at ADIC. Successful applicants will join a cohort on this full‑time program, designed to provide the knowledge and experience required to successfully join one of our investment teams.Alongside this comprehensive program, there will be the opportunity to study for the CFA qualification.Graduates will be supported at every step of the way by a dedicated Graduate Program manager. Opportunities to connect with peers through our internal networking and social events are another key feature of the program.Projects in this program could include:Conducting in-depth financial analysis and market researchDeveloping and implementing investment strategiesAssisting in the evaluation of potential investment opportunitiesWorking with colleagues to optimize investment performance through asset management initiativesAssisting in divestment processesUndertaking portfolio level analysisEngaging in risk assessment and management processesCollaborating with cross‑functional teams to support investment decisionsWho we are looking for:Eligibility for the program:You must be currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical fieldsYou must have graduated and be available to start the program in June 2026Candidates must be recent graduates, having completed their degrees no earlier than 2024.
