Investment Manager

We are supporting a newly established real estate development platform within a prominent Emirati-owned holding group in their search for an Investment Director to play a key role in building and scaling the business.This is a senior, hands‑on role in a high‑growth environment, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to shape investment strategy, capital structuring, and financial decision‑making across the development portfolio.The successful candidate will:Lead investment analysis, financial modelling, and valuation across real estate development projects, joint ventures, and land acquisitions.Support capital structuring, project finance, and funding strategies, including debt and equity raises.Work closely with investors, banks, and financial institutions to support growth and expansion plans.Provide strategic input on new investments, partnerships, and potential M&A opportunities.Help establish financial frameworks, systems, and governance suitable for a growing real estate platform.We are seeking candidates with significant real estate investmentRecommended and development experience, strong financial modelling and structuring capability, and a proven track record operating in the UAE market.
