Investment Director – PPP / Concessions (Infrastructure Investments)UAE | Full relocation + highly competitive packageA well-capitalised infrastructure investment and development platform is seeking an Investment Director to support the execution of large-scale PPP and concession-based infrastructure transactions.This is a principal-side investment role, focused on deploying capital and leading transactions to financial close — not advisory.The RoleYou will take ownership of infrastructure investments across transportation and social infrastructure, working across the full lifecycle from origination through to close and into delivery.Key responsibilitiesLeading PPP / concession transactions (BOT / DBFOM) through to financial closeStructuring investments, commercial frameworks, and funding strategiesManaging lenders, advisors, and bid consortium partnersNegotiating concession agreements, EPC/O&M structures, and shareholder arrangementsSupporting capital deployment and co-investment / syndication strategiesWe are specifically seeking candidates who have operated on the principal / developer / platform side, not purely advisory.Ideal backgrounds includeSovereign-backed or institutional infrastructure platformsDevelopers or sponsors actively bidding and investing in PPP projects10–18 years in PPP / project finance / infrastructure investingA track record of leading transactions to financial close (non-negotiable)Direct experience within transportation and/or social infrastructure PPPsStrong understanding of bid processes, concession structures, and risk allocationExperience sitting on the sponsor / investor side of transactionsWhy This RoleJoin an active investment platform with committed capital and live deal flowWork on flagship PPP and concession projects across the regionOperate in a true investor seat with ownership of transactionsHigh visibility to senior leadership and decision-makers#J-18808-Ljbffr
