Our client is a highly reputable asset management firm based in Dubai, with a strong track record in real estate investing across international markets. With an active deployment pipeline and a growing portfolio, the firm is expanding its investment team and looking to bring on a talented real estate investment professional.The role:Lead or support investment analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling across real estate transactions in the Middle East, US, UK, and EuropeManage and monitor live investments post‑acquisition, working closely with asset‑level teams and external partnersContribute to deal structuring, legal coordination, and project management on transactions (particularly at senior levels)Work in a lean, high‑performing team with direct exposure to senior leadership and decision‑makersWhat they're looking for:3–8 years of experience in real estate investment, ideally gained at an institutional fund, asset manager, REPE firm, or advisory platformStrong analytical and financial modeling capabilitiesExposure to one or more of the following markets: Middle East, US, UK, or EuropeA self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
