Job Description Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling Build and maintain 3-statement financial models, valuation models (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and scenario analyses. Analyse historical financials and develop base, downside, and upside cases for potential investments. Conduct sensitivity testing, stress testing, and capital structure analysis to support investment decisions. Deal Execution Support Assist in evaluating opportunities across sectors and geographies, including the GCC and Europe. Support due diligence processes (financial, commercial, operational) in coordination with advisors and internal stakeholders. Prepare investment memos, IC presentations, pitch materials, and analytical summaries for senior decision-makers. Market & Sector Research Conduct market mapping, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities. Support screening of targets, partners, and co-investment opportunities. Portfolio Monitoring Track performance of existing investments, analyse variances, and prepare periodic reporting. Support ongoing value-creation initiatives and strategic reviews. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and investment strategy. Coordinate with external advisors, consultants, and legal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle. The Successful Applicant Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Progress toward CFA or similar qualifications is an advantage 2-3 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or Valuations. Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities. Exposure to deal execution or investment analysis is essential. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work in a lean team, take ownership, and operate with a high degree of autonomy. Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in buy-side investing.
