The role spans sourcing, analysis, due diligence, transaction support, and active engagement with startups throughout the venture‑building journey.This is aninvestor‑operator role , ideal for individuals seeking hands‑on exposure not only to investment decisions, but also to how startups are built, commercialized, and scaled within real corporate environments.Reports toStudio DirectorGrowth pathAssociate → Senior Associate / ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesSourcing & EvaluationIdentify and assess early‑stage startups aligned with Rubix Studio’s investment and venture‑building themes. Support the pipeline from initial screening through investment decision, while building strong relationships across founders and ecosystem stakeholders.Due Diligence & Investment SupportConduct market, product, financial, and team analysis. Prepare investment memos and IC materials, and support transaction execution with internal and external stakeholders.Portfolio & Venture SupportEngage with startups from pre‑acceptance through venture‑building and up to IC review, supporting founders with market insights, benchmarking, and go‑to‑market inputs in close collaboration with the studio team.Research & Platform ContributionDevelop sector research, market maps, and thematic insights. Contribute to internal reporting, process improvement, and represent Rubix Studio at ecosystem events and demo days.Experience & Skills1–3 years of experience in venture capital, consulting, corporate finance, or high‑growth startups. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interest in technology, early‑stage startups, and emerging markets. Arabic is a plus.Mindset & ValuesInvestor‑operator mindset with a strong bias toward execution.
