This role focuses exclusively on off-plan property sales, working closely with leading developers and high-net-worth investors. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and thrives in a performance-based environment.ResponsibilitiesSource and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developmentsPresent investment opportunities aligned with client financial goalsConduct property consultations, virtual and in-person presentationsMaintain strong relationships with developers and project sales teamsStay up to date with market trends, launches, and pricing strategiesManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureBuild and maintain a strong personal brand within the luxury real estate sectorQualificationsExperience in Dubai real estate (off-plan experience preferred)Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skillsSelf-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to generate own leads and build a pipelineExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)Professional appearance and strong work ethicThis position is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are comfortable working on a commission-only structure and are motivated by high earning potential rather than fixed salary security.If you are confident in your ability to generate business, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive market, this role offers significant financial upside and brand leverage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
