Inventory Planning Senior Specialist

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>To manage inventory planning and ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses and stores, maintaining product availability, minimizing stock-outs, and optimizing inventory flow from distribution centers to stores.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan and monitor inventory levels across all warehouses and stores.</li><li>Coordinate stock transfers between distribution centers to balance inventory and meet store requirements.</li><li>Develop and execute replenishment plans from DC to stores to ensure availability while minimizing overstock.</li><li>Monitor inventory KPIs, including stock coverage, days of inventory (DOH), and turnover rates.</li><li>Analyze inventory trends, identify risks, and propose corrective actions to prevent shortages or excess stock.</li><li>Collaborate with supply chain and store operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.</li><li>Maintain accurate planning data and support continuous improvement initiatives within inventory planning processes.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.</li><li>3–6 years of experience in inventory planning, warehouse operations, or retail logistics.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with planning or ERP systems preferred.</li><li>Understanding of inventory optimization, replenishment, and allocation principles.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
