Inventory Planning Senior Specialist

OverviewJob Purpose To manage inventory planning and ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses and stores, maintaining product availability, minimizing stock-outs, and optimizing inventory flow from distribution centers to stores.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor inventory levels across all warehouses and stores.Coordinate stock transfers between distribution centers to balance inventory and meet store requirements.Develop and execute replenishment plans from DC to stores to ensure availability while minimizing overstock.Monitor inventory KPIs, including stock coverage, days of inventory (DOH), and turnover rates.Analyze inventory trends, identify risks, and propose corrective actions to prevent shortages or excess stock.Collaborate with supply chain and store operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.Maintain accurate planning data and support continuous improvement initiatives within inventory planning processes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.3–6 years of experience in inventory planning, warehouse operations, or retail logistics.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with planning or ERP systems preferred.Understanding of inventory optimization, replenishment, and allocation principles.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
