As part of the M42 network, Amana is dedicated to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care tailored to the needs of individuals requiring complex or extended recovery support.</p><p>This role is responsible for the monitoring, reviewing inventory, placing orders, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and transfer of materials and supplies for hospital departments.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support end‑to‑end inventory operations for hospital supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, issuing, and system‑based tracking using ERP and barcoding solutions.</li><li>Coordinate logistics and stock movements, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders, deliveries, transfers, tagging, and accurate documentation.</li><li>Ensure inventory accuracy and quality control by inspecting received items, resolving discrepancies with vendors and departments, and responding promptly to product recalls.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and support demand forecasting in line with min‑max policies to prevent overstocking, shortages, and expiries.</li><li>Maintain organized, safe, and compliant storage and warehouse operations, including proper stock rotation, expiry monitoring, and housekeeping standards.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory counts and audits (daily, monthly, and annual), investigate variances, and prepare accurate reports for internal stakeholders such as Finance and Operations.</li><li>Deliver high‑quality internal customer service, supporting departments with timely supply distribution, system queries, and continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in hospital or clinical supply chain operations.</li><li>Proven experience handling medical consumables and healthcare inventory, with an understanding of storage, handling, and expiry management requirements.</li><li>Sound knowledge of standard warehousing practices, inventory control processes, and stock management principles.</li><li>Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including moving and lifting inventory items, in a safe and compliant manner.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
