As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory processes.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing goods- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or ordering as needed- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or delays- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors in inventory records and take corrective action as necessary- Train and supervise a team of inventory clerks to ensure proper handling, storage, and recording of goods- Analyze data on inventory levels, sales trends, and customer demand to make informed decisions on purchasing and stocking products- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to optimize inventory processesRequirements:- Must be fluent in Malayalam (written and spoken)- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Must be able to work full timeAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise towards the success of our company.
