Job Description

The Interpretation & Creative Content Officer assists the section in the development of the mobile application content production and UX enhancements, in audio, video, interactive productions including gamified experiences.Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with Curatorial and Collection Management teams to compile and prepare scientific and museography documentation for sharing with suppliers and contractors, for content creation.Proactively co-ordinate and ensure effective follow up of the activities with freelancers, including but not limited to; authors, translators, editors, graphic designers.Prepare content and review its integration on the CMS for the Louvre Abu Dhabi App, aligning with gallery operations and artwork changes.Conduct testing for Louvre Abu Dhabi App UX, feature enhancements and ensure seamless content integration.Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communication teams to prepare assets for effective content and experience promotion.Collaborate externally and liaising with Editors and designers and translators, Contractors & Freelancers.Establish and maintain liaison with suppliers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to project closure, overseeing production, work permits to drive timely delivery.Coordinate with Visitor Experience and Security teams to ensure comprehensive staff training on interpretation tools and experiences.Review and manage project timelines, budgets and invoicing, by maintaining oversight of production schedules for suppliers and contractors.Proactively identify opportunities for the growth of the unit projects portfolio, exploring new initiatives and collaborations, including conduct benchmarking activities, to help identify industry best practices, trends and new innovative approaches, making recommendation of enhancements for Louvre Abu Dhabi’s offerings.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the harmonization and consistency of content.Oversee and develop the archiving of all production deliverables, ensuring ease of access for future reference and project documentation.Report projects progress to management as neededOther duties as may be applicable to the role.Minimum Local Education Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in museum studies, interpretation, Communications, Multimedia, visitor studies or cultural theory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
