You will drive targeted initiatives aligned to priority go-to-market areas including tailored value propositions structured pitches and solution demonstrations while building scalable frameworks that enable sales teams to identify opportunities accelerate pipeline progression and improve win rates. The role ensures consistent alignment of sales programs with regional priorities and market dynamics to drive adoption across all geographies.You will create and continuously refine sales motion playbooks guidelines and best practices to standardize execution and maximize close collaboration with Marketing and Product & Engineering you will sharpen messaging positioning and value articulation for SAP Business Transformation Management. Additionally you will establish and operationalize KPIs to measure program effectiveness track and report performance globally and translate insights into actionable recommendations that optimize sales strategies and enhance program ROI. The role also includes proactively identifying gaps driving continuous improvements and implementing scalable enhancements to deliver measurable business outcomes.What you bringWe are looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stays curious.
