International Retail Leasing Director - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an international Retail Leasing Director who leads real estate strategy, expansion, and facilities management for the company’s retail stores. Responsible for scouting new locations, managing end-to-end branch establishment, overseeing construction, fit‑out, operations, and maintenance across local and international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the expansion plan for new retail branches locally and internationally.Identify and evaluate potential locations using market studies and feasibility analysis.Lead negotiations with landlords and property developers.Oversee store development from concept to launch: permits, construction, fit‑out, handover, and opening.Manage facilities operations including maintenance, safety, and service contracts.Monitor property performance, occupancy costs, and operational efficiency.Coordinate with retail, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth branch openings.Maintain compliance with local regulations and international standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business, or related field.8+ years in real estate management, retail expansion, or facilities management.Proven experience in multi-country retail expansion.Strong knowledge of property negotiations, construction, and facilities operations.Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.Experience in retail (stores/branches) is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
