<div><h3>International Procurement Engineer, Zhongtian Marine Cable</h3><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage the company’s imported category business, overseeing the full international procurement process including sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, contracting, order follow-up, inspection, logistics, and payment.</li><li>Possess strong contract management capabilities, with the ability to draft and review international procurement contracts and understand basic legal clauses.</li><li>Handle the company’s customs affairs, demonstrating proficiency in Incoterms 2020 and familiarity with international transportation, insurance, and customs clearance procedures. Experience in freight forwarding and customs declaration is preferred.</li><li>Undertake localized procurement and resource development for the Saudi factory, mastering international supplier evaluation, selection, and management methods.</li><li>Conduct global supply chain market research to track raw material price fluctuations and industry capacity trends.</li><li>Exhibit strong internal collaboration skills, working efficiently with R&D, production, quality, finance, logistics, and other departments.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>CET-6 or equivalent; fluent oral English and proficient business English writing skills; Arabic language skills are a plus.</li><li>At least 2 years of relevant working experience.</li><li>Clear logical thinking, fluent writing, good communication, and strong expression skills, with organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.</li><li>Hard-working, responsible, and risk-aware.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
