International Moving Coordinator - Fine Art & Luxury LogisticsOn-siteResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate estimates on volume for moves.Prepare quotes daily for air, sea, and land transportation, ensuring competitive and up‑to‑date pricing.Schedule packing, moving, and loading dates/times with customers to meet service expectations.Ensure that all assurances and promises made to customers are completed per agreement so that customers remain long‑term clients.Analyze and identify client needs during the pre‑move survey to maintain a high service level.Monitor and maintain shipment progress and send regular updates to the reporting manager.Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, international agents, partners, and other stakeholders.Collect payments from accounts handled by the client to avoid pending receivables.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in fine arts or any relevant subject.Arabic speaker preferred.High level of commitment and drive; outgoing and pleasant personality.Proficient knowledge of computers, especially MS Office and Outlook.0–2 years of similar industry experience with a customer‑service background.#J-18808-Ljbffr
