With headquarters on the QE2 in Dubai and an office in London, the firm provides access to a broad portfolio of alternative investments rarely available through mainstream brokers.About The CompanyThe company specialises in connecting clients directly with C-level executives and investment providers, bypassing traditional brokerage layers. Today, the firm serves more than 1,200 investors, underscoring its credibility and results-driven approach.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients in Dubai and across the MENA regionPresent exclusive alternative investment opportunities and provide clear, informed financial adviceLeverage your existing client bank to introduce prospects to the firm’s portfolioBuild long-term client relationships with exceptional service and trustWork collaboratively with a dynamic international team of brokers, CFO, COO and investment partnersCandidate Profile7–10 years’ experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or investment brokerageA strong client book with average investment ticket sizes of USD 30,000+Experience in alternative investments, private equity, or private marketsProven track record in business development and relationship managementBased in the MENA region (Dubai preferred)Relevant professional financial advisory qualifications (MiFID II or equivalent) are advantageousWhat’s On OfferCompetitive commission structure with unlimited earning potentialPotential basic salary depending on experience and track recordAccess to exclusive investment products not commonly available through other brokersThe opportunity to join a boutique, high-growth wealth management company with global reachPlease note: This position would typically suit experienced and qualified IFA candidates with at LEAST 7–10 years experience, and preferably a transferable book of business.
