The firm’s Dispute Resolution practice is highly regarded, with a rapidly growing international arbitration group acting on complex, high‑value matters for States, State‑owned entities, and major commercial clients.The team has deep experience across all major arbitral institutions, including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, GAFTA, LMAA, DIAC and others, as well as ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL rules and investor‑state matters before ICSID.A particular strength of the group is its market‑leading post‑award practice. The firm is frequently instructed to pursue or defend award challenges in domestic courts, often in cases where other counsel acted in the underlying arbitration.
