We are looking for a dedicated Internal Control and Compliance Specialist to strengthen our internal control framework and drive continuous improvement across our processes.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Control & Compliance FrameworkDesign implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure process integrity.Conduct regular assessments and reviews of internal controls reporting findings and action plans.Work closely with business owners to remediate control deficiencies and strengthen compliance.Lead the development and rollout of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.Audit & Risk ManagementCollaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit findings.Ensure prompt and effective implementation of corrective actions.Training & AwarenessConduct training sessions and prepare materials to build understanding of internal control practices across the business.Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.Health Safety and Environment (HSE)Support the implementation of HSE policies and actively promote a safe working environment.Engage with employees subcontractors and visitors to raise safety awareness.Legal and Ethical ComplianceAct as a role model for compliance with company regulations including Code of Business Conduct AntiBribery and Conflict of Interest policies and more.What Were Looking For5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environmentProfessional certifications in internal audit compliance or risk management are an advantageExcellent communication and collaboration skillsLanguages: English is required; Hindi and Arabic are a plusStrong problemsolving mindset with a drive for continuous improvementProficient in internal control best practices and riskbased thinkingWhy Join UsBe part of a global leader in the building materials industryWork in a collaborative and dynamic teamOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on business processes and cultureCareer development and growth opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
