The candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits across business functions and processes Evaluate risk management systems and internal controls Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies Identify process gaps and recommend improvements Prepare audit reports and present findings to management Coordinate with stakeholders for audit closures and follow-ups Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Internal Auditing Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain Strong understanding of audit processes, risk, and compliance Good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
