About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for operational improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits across departments to assess compliance and efficiencyEvaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend improvementsReview financial records, reports, and operational proceduresEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant regulationsPrepare audit reports with findings, risks, and actionable recommendationsFollow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolutionAssist in developing and implementing audit plans and proceduresCollaborate with management to improve processes and controlsMaintain accurate audit documentation and recordsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–4 years of experience in internal auditing, accounting, or financeStrong knowledge of auditing principles and internal control frameworksFamiliarity with risk management and compliance standardsProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsHigh attention to detail and integrityGood communication and report‑writing skillsProfessional certifications (CIA, ACCA, CPA) are an advantageBenefitsMonthly salary of AED 7,000Visa provided as per UAE Labour LawMedical insurance provided as per UAE Labour LawAnnual leave and other benefits as per company policy#J-18808-Ljbffr
