Job Description – Intern (Training MIS/Operations)Department: TrainingTeam: Training MIS/ OperationsLocation: DAMAC Hills OfficeEmployment Type: Internship (Minimum 6 Months)Joining: ImmediateStipend: AED 2000 - 4000 / monthRole PurposeTo support the Training Department’s Research Team by conducting structured market research, analyzing real estate data, and preparing internal reports and presentations that enhance training content, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis & InsightsPerform data cleaning, organization, and analysis using MS Excel.Interpret real estate data to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.Support the development of internal dashboards, trackers, and databases.2. Market & Competitor ResearchConduct macro and micro-level research on Dubai’s real estate market.Monitor competitor launches, pricing, project specifications, and market positioning.Assist in maintaining up-to-date market intelligence logs and research documentation.3. Report & Presentation DevelopmentPrepare professional MS PowerPoint presentations summarizing market insights.Develop content for training decks, sales briefings, and project intelligence reports.Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all documents shared with internal teams.4. Industry Reports ReviewRead and summarize research publications from consultancies such as Knight Frank, JLL, Colliers, and Savills.Extract relevant data points and insights to support sales pitches and training content.5. Application of Real Estate Financial ConceptsApply basic real estate metrics such as ROI, rental yield, price trends, absorption rates, and other performance indicators in analyses.QualificationsEducation & BackgroundUndergraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.Skills & CompetenciesStrong proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, charts, formulas).Good command of MS PowerPoint for preparing structured presentations.Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Ability to interpret data and convert it into meaningful insights.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Interest in UAE real estate market trends and research methodologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
