Interior Fitout Project Engineer

As a young company, we foster a creative and collaborative atmosphere where every team member can make a significant impact & grow together with the company.Position OverviewThe Interior Fitout Project Engineer will oversee and manage fitout projects across the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. This role demands strong technical expertise, extensive knowledge of UAE Authority regulations, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality fitout works on time and within budget. Responsibilities include close coordination with the in-house design and project management teams, effective supervision of subcontractors, and ensuring seamless project execution to meet client expectations.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end project execution of interior fitout works, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for seamless project delivery.- Weekly project progress reporting (MS Projects).- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications & verify suitability of use.- Oversee site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with local regulations.- Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.- Conduct quality checks and ensure timely project handover.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in interior fitout project execution in the UAE.- Sound knowledge of MEP, UAE regulations, authority approvals and project documentation standards.- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.- Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD.- Valid UAE driving license & own transport is required.Preferred Industry Experience:·Interior Fitout / Joinery / Civil Works / MEP coordination·Luxury project Experience·SOE membership is a plusHow to ApplyDeserving candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and why they are the perfect fit for this role.
