We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Interior Designer - Site to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for creating stunning interior spaces while managing on-site project implementation. The ideal candidate will bring a creative vision technical expertise and strong project management skills to deliver exceptional design solutions for our clients.Develop and present innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and project requirementsCollaborate with architects contractors and clients to ensure seamless project executionManage on-site design implementation overseeing construction and installation processesCreate detailed design plans including space layouts lighting schemes and material selectionsCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials furniture and fixturesEnsure compliance with local building codes regulations and safety standardsAdapt designs as needed to address on-site challenges and maintain project timelinesPresent design progress and updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleImplement sustainable design practices and incorporate energy-efficient solutions where possibleMentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design teamQualificationsBachelors degree in Interior Design or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design with a focus on on-site project managementProficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and SketchUpStrong knowledge of interior design principles current trends and industry best practicesExcellent visual and spatial awareness with a keen eye for detailOutstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectivelyProven project management abilities including budget control and timeline managementFamiliarity with building codes and regulations in the UAEUnderstanding of construction processes and materialsKnowledge of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutionsProfessional certification (e.g. NCIDQ) preferredFlexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and on-site conditionsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel to various project sites within Dubai and the UAERemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
