This position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Office based work, location Al Qouz Ind.3, Monday to Friday 9-6pm, Saturday 10-3pm</strong></p><p><strong>Apply now with your portfolio to info@crystalfituae.com Subject/Designer application</strong></p><p><strong>Applications without Portfolio will not be reviewed. !!!!!</strong></p><p><strong>Please Mention your Earliest Possible Joining date in your application</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Concept Development:</strong>Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that reflect clients' preferences, project requirements, and Design's aesthetic standards.</li><li><strong>Project Coordination:</strong>Manage design processes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.</li><li><strong>Space Planning:</strong>Develop detailed layouts and designs for optimal use of space, integrating aesthetics with functionality.</li><li><strong>Material&Finish Selection:</strong>Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring alignment with design concepts and client needs.</li><li><strong>Client Interaction:</strong>Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong>Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of design plans.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong>Prepare and deliver drawings, mood boards, and project specifications using industry-standard design software.</li><li><strong>Trend Awareness:</strong>Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in interior design to bring fresh ideas to projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong>in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong>3-6 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in HoReCa, Commercial, or Retail projects.</li><li>UAE Based experience is must !</li><li>Completed commercial projects in portfolio Must</li><li><strong>Software Proficiency:</strong>Expertise in design tools is Must !!!</li><li>Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCad, 3ds Max, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.</li><li><strong>Knowledge:</strong>Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and UAE Market.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong></li><li>Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage tasks.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
