This position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Office based work, location Al Qouz Ind.3, Monday to Friday 9-6pm, Saturday 10-3pmApply now with your portfolio to Subject/Designer applicationApplications without Portfolio will not be reviewed. !!!!!Please Mention your Earliest Possible Joining date in your applicationKey Responsibilities:Concept Development: Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that reflect clients' preferences, project requirements, and Design's aesthetic standards.Project Coordination: Manage design processes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.Space Planning: Develop detailed layouts and designs for optimal use of space, integrating aesthetics with functionality.Material & Finish Selection: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring alignment with design concepts and client needs.Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of design plans.Documentation: Prepare and deliver drawings, mood boards, and project specifications using industry-standard design software.Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in interior design to bring fresh ideas to projects.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Experience: 3-6 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in HoReCa, Commercial, or Retail projects.UAE Based experience is must !Completed commercial projects in portfolio MustSoftware Proficiency: Expertise in design tools is Must !!!Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCad, 3ds Max, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and UAE Market.Skills:Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage tasks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
