Our focus is on creating aesthetic, functional, and high-quality living spaces tailored to our clients' needs.Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer & Architect to collaborate with us on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury residential design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and strong technical expertise in architectural planning and interior styling. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing high-end renovation projects, ensuring that every space is both visually stunning and functionally optimized.Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Concept DevelopmentDevelop and present creative design concepts tailored to each client\'s needs and preferences.Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.Select premium materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with the luxury renovation vision.Ensure all designs reflect current trends, timeless aesthetics, and functional living solutions.Architectural Planning & Space OptimizationConduct site analysis and space planning to maximize functionality and flow.Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, and structural modifications when required.Ensure all designs meet Dubai’s building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Project Coordination & ExecutionWork closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to bring designs to life.Provide design expertise on a per-project basis, ensuring alignment with project goals.Collaborate remotely or on-site as required by project scope.Ensure smooth handover of design plans, including drawings, specifications, and material selections.Client & Stakeholder ManagementUnderstand client preferences and translate them into practical, beautiful spaces.Present design proposals confidently and adapt designs based on client feedback.Collaborate with suppliers, artisans, and craftsmen to source unique, high-quality elements.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 5+ years of experience in luxury interior design and architecture.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.License: Freelance license and/or permit required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Revit, or similar design software. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and finishing techniques.
