Interior Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead residential high-rise interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring spaces are functional, safe, and visually compelling.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end interior design for residential high-rise apartment projectsDefine project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgetsTranslate design concepts into layouts, mood boards, and material selectionsManage costs, sourcing, and coordination with external design agenciesSupervise teams including designers, engineers, and CAD draftsmenCollaborate closely with architects, contractors, and consultantsEnsure designs align with company standards and industry best practicesRequirementsMinimum 15 years’ experience in interior design (minimum 5 years in complete residential high-rise projects)Proven experience independently handling residential apartment design & ID finalizationStrong expertise in layouts, lighting, materials, finishes, and custom furnitureProficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Illustrator or similar toolsStrong communication, presentation, and project management skillsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
