Interior Design Lead

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead Interior Designer to lead and deliver high-end interior design projects across luxury residential and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, design leadership, and the ability to manage the full design process from concept to delivery while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key RequirementsMinimum 12 years of professional experience within established interior design firms or consultancy officesProven experience working on international-level projects with exposure to luxury design standardsStrong portfolio demonstrating luxury residential and hospitality projectsLead the entire design process, starting from concept design through schematic, detailed design, and design development stagesIndependently develop design concepts, spatial planning, and zoning aligned with project briefs and brand standardsEnsure design excellence, creativity, and technical accuracy across all project deliverablesCoordinate closely with the 3D visualization team, providing clear design direction and reviewing outputs to ensure alignment with design intentGuide and supervise junior designers, ensuring consistency in quality and standardsSkills & CompetenciesStrong design leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and international design trendsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and coordination skillsSoftware & Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in AutoCADStrong working knowledge of 3D coordination workflows (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, InDesign)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)Solid understanding of construction drawings and detailingEducationBachelor's degree in interior design or architecture (master's degree is an advantage)#J-18808-Ljbffr
