Interior Design Inspector (Site Based)

We are committed to:ResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageResponsibilities:Conduct daily inspections of interior works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes.Verify compliance with approved shop drawings and material submittals.Monitor workmanship quality and report non-conformance issues.Assist in reviewing material deliveries and ensure approved materials are used.Prepare inspection reports and maintain site records.Support in materials submittals review.Coordinate with the Senior Interior Designer and supervision team.Ensure compliance with HSE standards on site.Qualifications :Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 7 years of site experience in interior fit‑out projects.Strong understanding of interior finishing works and detailing.Experience in consultancy supervision is preferred.Familiarity with local regulations and quality standards.Ability to read and interpret drawings.Basic AutoCAD knowledge.Familiar with BIM Revit.Strong inspection and reporting skills.Good communication and coordination abilities.* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
