Interior Design Engineer (Site Based)

We are committed to:ResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageResponsibilities:Ensure implementation of approved IFC drawings and material specifications on site.Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples for compliance with design intent.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress of interior works.Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, and contractors.Resolve site-related design issues and provide technical clarifications.Attend site meetings and contribute to progress and coordination discussions.Monitor contractor performance in relation to quality standards and timelines.Support in materials submittals and method statement review.Prepare site observation reports and snag lists.Review and validate as-built drawings.Support project handover procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.10+ years of experience of site supervision with multi-project exposure.Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, material specifications, and detailing.Experience in high-end commercial, hospitality, or residential projects.Familiarity with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).Strong coordination and communication skills.AutoCAD (mandatory)Revit (preferred)MS OfficeStrong understanding of site execution and detailing.* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
