Interface Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Interface Manager to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates for an exciting high-speed rail this critical role you will be responsible for managing design interfaces within the team and with other contracts ensuring seamless coordination and integration of various project components.Oversee and coordinate all interface management activities for the high-speed rail projectDevelop and maintain interface management plans procedures and documentationIdentify analyze and resolve interface issues and conflicts between different project teams and contractorsFacilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholdersConduct regular interface meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and progressMonitor and report on interface risks issues and resolutionsImplement and maintain interface management tools and systemsEnsure compliance with project standards specifications and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with design engineering and construction teams to optimize project outcomesPrepare and present interface status reports to project management and stakeholdersQualifications :Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in interface management or similar role preferably in high-speed rail or large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of interface management principles tools and best practicesExcellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple interfaces simultaneouslyProven track record in stakeholder management and communicationProficiency in technical documentation and report writingStrong analytical and problemExperience with interface management software and toolsKnowledge of high-speed rail systems and infrastructureUnderstanding of design and engineering principles in rail projectsExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredWillingness to work in Dubai United Arab Emirates and travel as required for the projectRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
