The role is focused on enabling transaction banking products such as payments, collections, liquidity management, cash management, and trade finance through Open Banking frameworks and partner ecosystems.The successful candidate will work closely with GTB product teams, technology, operations, and compliance stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and regulatory‑aligned Open Finance solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGTB Product & Open Finance EnablementLead the integration and delivery of Open Finance capabilities for GTB / Corporate Banking products including payments, collections, cash management, liquidity services, virtual accounts, and trade finance.Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions, API specifications, and integration plans.Enable API exposure, partner ecosystem integrations, and fintech connectivity while ensuring regulatory compliance (CBUAE or equivalent global frameworks).Support the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: backlog management, user story definition, Agile delivery, UAT, and production deployment.Technical Delivery & IntegrationManage microservices‑based API development and ensure host‑to‑host integrations with corporate systems and ERP platforms.Oversee API developers and integration engineers, ensuring code quality, delivery timelines, and architecture alignment.Ensure infrastructure and application layers are connected, scalable, and secure.Implement and maintain REST APIs, SOA services, Java applications, Oracle DB integrations, NodeJS/KnockoutJS components.Lead complex IT programs and GTB system integration projects across multiple teams and vendors.Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, track risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.Support post‑go‑live adoption, operational readiness, and production support for Open Finance solutions.Stakeholder CollaborationWork with GTB product owners, technology architects, operations, and risk/compliance teams to ensure solution alignment.Partner with external fintech providers, ERP vendors, and system integrators for smooth API and host‑to‑host connectivity.Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to development and integration teams.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in GTB / Corporate Banking technology delivery, Open Finance / Open Banking, or IT program management.Hands‑on experience with host‑to‑host integrations, ERP connectivity, and API banking platforms.Strong technical knowledge of Java, Oracle DB, REST APIs, SOA, NodeJS, KnockoutJS, and microservices architectures.Deep understanding of GTB products including payments, collections, cash management, liquidity services, virtual accounts, and trade finance.Proven experience managing large IT programs, technical delivery teams, and vendor partners.Familiarity with CBUAE Open Banking regulations or equivalent global regulatory frameworks.Preferred ExpertiseExperience in Open Finance implementations within UAE GTB or GCC banks.Familiarity with API gateways, enterprise middleware, and corporate banking platform integrations.Exposure to cloud‑based deployments, secure API exposure, and fintech ecosystem integration.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodology and backlog management.Core SkillsHost‑to‑Host & ERP integrationTechnical leadership and team managementRegulatory & compliance alignmentEducationBachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or Open Banking frameworks are advantageous.C5i is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
