Job Description Role Overview:
As an Int Controls & Compliance Analyst at Accenture, your main responsibility will be to help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies, and talent. You will be involved in KYC Corporate operations, which includes verifying the identity and legitimacy of businesses to comply with regulations and prevent fraud. Your tasks will include Business Entity Verification, Risk Assessment of Business Clients, Compliance with business-specific regulations, documentation & reporting for business accounts, and ongoing monitoring of business relationships. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in implementing laws and regulations to prevent illegal actions during fund transfers, focusing on Anti Money Laundering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed data gathering and analyze the gathered data
- Ensure KYC checks (ID&V, UBOs, etc.) and complete Enhanced Due Diligence
- Conduct PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) screening and adverse media checks
- Ensure compliance with regulations and meet client-specific processing requirements
- Utilize a wide range of external data sources and third-party systems for due diligence processes
- Identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO), perform Identity Verification, and Screening
- Manage high-risk client groups effectively
- Demonstrate a good understanding of risk management and the regulatory environment
- Possess strong analytical ability, attention to detail, research skills, and experience with online research systems
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be flexible to work in rotation shifts, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in BFS with 1+ year of experience in Corporate KYC operations
- Strong understanding of workforce operations, forecasting, and delivery governance
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO tools (JIRA, Clarity, or equivalent)
- Business Operations Management, Strategic Management, Client Communication, AML certification
- Educated to Degree Level
