We empower our customers to focus on their missions, confident that their land-based platforms and systems, warfightersJob Description:Enforce all safety and security rules, policies, and directives. Advise the Chief Instructor on all course development and delivery functions.Advise the Chief Instructor on student progress and performance.Deliver classroom and workshop training in all Civil Engineering related subjects.Design, develop, and analyze courses in accordance with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT).Utilize coaching and remedial training methods to ensure high graduation rates and test scores.Serve as a primary and alternate instructor for workshop and classroom presentations.Practice effective time management in all training activities.Ensure all equipment, supplies, and computers are properly maintained and accounted for.Design, develop, maintain, and improve instructional materials including lesson plans, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations.Attend conferences, workshops, demonstrations, and training programs to stay updated on current instructional techniques and training technology.Support faculty members in their roles.Maintain confidentiality and security of all company information.Perform other duties as required by the Chief Instructor and the Director, Technical Training School.Experience and Education:Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering preferred.Graduate of a recognized school or military training program in Mechanical Engineering is also preferred.At least four years of experience as an instructor in engineering/construction subjects.Military experience of two years or more is advantageous.Must have or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.Key Skills:Experience with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) or ISO 10015 is an advantage.Excellent writing skills for preparing studies, briefings, or doctrinal literature.Ability to conduct analysis and develop performance-oriented instruction and lesson plans.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.#J-18808-Ljbffr
