Instructional Designer

Müller's Solutions is looking for a creative and passionate Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients and learners. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and multimedia teams to design and implement instructional materials for various delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze learner needs and objectives to design instructional materials that enhance knowledge retention and applicationDevelop scripts, storyboards, and prototypes for e-learning courses and training programsCreate engaging multimedia content, including visuals, animations, and interactive elements, to support learning objectivesEvaluate and assess the effectiveness of instructional materials through feedback and data analysisCollaborate with team members to implement best practices in instructional design and educational technologyEnsure that all materials are accessible and inclusive, accommodating diverse learner needsStay updated on the latest trends and advancements in instructional design, technologies, and adult learning theoriesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a corporate training or e-learning contextStrong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practicesProficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similarExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standardsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectivelyICreative mindset with a passion for developing innovative learning experiencesExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusBenefitsOpportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
