Job Description Role Overview:
As an Instructional Design Associate Manager in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at S&C Global Network, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be utilized to craft innovative learning strategies and solutions, aiding clients in managing organizational change and facilitating a smooth transition process. By contributing to the workforce of the future, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts to comprehend business problems, target audiences, and learning needs, and formulate learning and change objectives for the intended learning solution.
- Engage effectively with the client team to determine the solution approach and design, and oversee the design, development, and delivery phases.
- Develop training materials aligned with the client's business requirements based on the overall learning solution design.
- Assist the Functional Manager in establishing Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for the project and obtain client approval on essential project elements such as Language Style guide, Guidelines, Checklists, templates, and branding guidelines.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and craft the training curriculum, including high-level and detailed content outlines.
- Create standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the learning solution.
- Review and develop training deliverables in adherence to quality standards and project parameters.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their instructional design skills.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop effective training deliverables.
- Ensure project productivity targets are met according to the project plans.
- Identify and communicate project risks to Project Leads/Functional Manager, proposing solutions or alternatives.
- Contribute to the learning process of users/client organizations.
- Coach instructional designers and content developers to prepare materials for workshops and training programs.
- Identify opportunities to introduce innovative learning strategies into the solution.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Instructional Design, Storyboarding, or Articulate Storyline.
- Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree (Full-time).
