Institutional Research Specialist

The StrategyDivision is seeking an Institutional Research Specialist who will be responsible for implementing Institutional Research-related activities, including data collection, predictive modeling, dashboard development, and research analysis, to support data-driven planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement, in line with the institutional strategic objectives and data governance and analytics leading practices.The ResponsibilitiesImplement institutional data collection, governance, and management frameworks in line with the approved standards.Analyse and validate complex data and prepare professional analytics reports to support data-driven decision-making across the University in line with set policies and procedures.Develop predictive data models and forecasting tools in line with the strategic and operational planning objectives.Prepare and deliver comprehensive business intelligence outputs, in an accurate and timely manner.Conduct institutional research studies, market trend analysis, and benchmarking activities in accordance with leading practices and research methodologies.Develop interactive dashboards in line with the performance tracking and data visualisation requirements.Design, administer, and analyse surveys and assessments in an accurate and timely manner.Assist in analysing research findings and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to the Senior Specialist.Assist in the development of standardised data reporting protocols, under senior specialist supervision.Perform ad-hoc activities related to the job duties, as required by the direct supervisor.The QualificationsMaster's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory position; or a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory position.Certification in a relevant field is preferred.The BenefitsThe University’s benefits package is highly attractive, with competitive salaries free of tax in the U.A.E., Cash housing, annual vacation airline tickets for the employee and immediate family, educational subsidies for children and healthcare is provided to the employee and sponsored family members.While we appreciate all applications, you will be contacted only if you are selected for an interview.Department Institutional Research and Data Analytics#J-18808-Ljbffr
