Inspector Landscape

General Description of Role and ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of landscape and irrigation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.Monitor the installation of soft and hard landscaping elements including planting irrigation systems paving and outdoor amenities.Verify that all materials used onsite meet project requirements and quality standards.Identify and report any discrepancies or quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.Review shop drawings material submittals and method statements related to landscaping and irrigation works.Maintain accurate documentation of inspection activities including daily reports and nonconformance records.Coordinate with contractors consultants and project engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress.Ensure compliance with local regulations environmental guidelines and safety standards.Participate in project and coordination meetings to discuss progress and resolve challenges.Assist in final inspection snagging and project handover verifying the quality and completeness of landscape works.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and SkillsDiploma or Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture Horticulture Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape inspection on largescale infrastructure or urban development projects preferably within the UAE.Strong knowledge of landscape construction irrigation systems horticulture and plant species suited to the UAE climate.Proficiency in inspection tools and software (e.g. AutoCAD MS Office).Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
