The role ensures that all equipment meets operational, safety, and quality standards. The Inspection Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager, site teams, and maintenance staff to identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and maintain compliance with project specifications and OEM standards.ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections of excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, graders, and trucksIdentify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and recommend corrective actionsPerform root cause analysis for repeated failures and ensure compliance with safety regulationsCarry out functional tests before and after repairs, ensuring adherence to OEM standardsPrepare detailed inspection reports and provide technical guidance to maintenance teamsSupport the development of maintenance schedules and evaluate spare parts qualityCollaborate with HSE team to maintain safe workshop practicesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment inspectionStrong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systemsProficiency with diagnostic tools and understanding of OEM specificationsSkillsHeavy equipment inspection and diagnosticsRoot cause analysis and problem solvingTechnical report preparation and documentationCollaboration with maintenance, site, and HSE teamsKnowledge of safety and operational standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
