This is a construction supervision role, focused on ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards within a live operational hotel environment. You will play a key role in maintaining quality, compliance, and coordination on site, working closely with contractors and project teams throughout the refurbishment programme.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out site inspections to ensure works comply with drawings and specificationsMonitor quality of workmanship and materialsEnsure adherence to QA/QC procedures and standardsRaise and track NCRs and corrective actionsWitness testing and inspections where required (MEP disciplines)Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teamsMaintain accurate inspection records and reportsEnsure compliance with authority and regulatory requirementsCandidate RequirementsRelevant qualification in Engineering or ArchitectureProven experience as an Inspector within construction supervision projectsStrong knowledge of QA/QC processes and site inspection proceduresExperience in building projects (hospitality/refurbishment preferred)Familiarity with UAE authority requirementsStrong attention to detail and communication skillsDesirable AttributesExperience working in live environments/refurbishment projectsUAE project experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-contractor environmentApplicationTo express your interest in a career with us, please apply via the link attached.
