Inspector (Civil)

The role involves working on projects associated with stormwater & drainage, flood alleviation, wastewater networks and water distribution networks. This will involve undertaking investigations, pipelines valves Rising main construction supervision & monitoring of design and infrastructure work.Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to:Interacting with clients and contractor staff to determine and verify project requirements.Interacting with contractor, sub-contractor, and laboratory & monitoring construction work on daily basis.Control the site inspection and testing and maintaining inspection reports and site test records.Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, and reports and cost estimates.Review and approve Design document and construction plan and procedure.Performing civil and structural tests.Providing general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, and reports and cost estimates.Identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions, and coordinating responses.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Internal and external client DM Infrastructure liaison.Experience in utility diversions and management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
