Inspector civil- Developer

We are seeking a Inspector Civil to join our team in Dubai United Arab this unique role you will combine the responsibilities of a civil inspector with those of a property developer ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance while contributing to their successful development.Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites ensuring compliance with local building codes safety regulations and project specificationsCollaborate with project managers architects and contractors to review and approve construction plans and designsIdentify and report any deviations from approved plans or potential safety hazardsParticipate in the development process providing insights on land use zoning regulations and environmental considerationsAnalyze site conditions and propose solutions to overcome challenges in the development processPrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all site visits and findingsAssist in the creation and review of project timelines budgets and resource allocationCoordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvalsContribute to the continuous improvement of inspection and development processesStay updated on industry trends new construction technologies and changes in local regulationsQualifications :Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering construction inspection or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredCertified Construction Inspector (CCI) certification preferredExtensive knowledge of civil engineering principles building codes and construction practicesProficiency in project management software AutoCAD or similar CAD software and GIS applicationsStrong understanding of land development processes and real estate project lifecyclesFamiliarity with environmental regulations and safety standards in the construction industryExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detailStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specificationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing and data analysisWillingness to work on‑site and travel to various project locations within Dubai and the UAEAdaptability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing prioritiesAdditional Information :About AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
