OverviewWe are looking for an Inspector – Architectural for one of our clients with the following details:Start date: ASAPProject Duration: 3 yearsLocation: Dubai UAEQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Engineering.4–5 years as Inspector on large complex projects, including field administration experience.KnowledgeUAE codes and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, GCAA).IATA ADRM and ICAO Annexes for airport projects.Familiarity with QA/QC standards and site safety frameworks.Software Skills (2025 Updated)AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Navisworks.MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Digital QA/QC platforms and AI-based inspection/reporting apps.Soft SkillsStrong communication in English.Teamwork and proactive problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesSite Inspection & QualityConduct site and laboratory inspections for architectural works.Assess workmanship and material quality, ensuring compliance with approved documents.Raise Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) for Engineer/RE approval when required.Stop any non-compliant or unsafe work, referring issues to the relevant engineer.Compliance & DocumentationVerify contractor’s use of approved shop drawings and materials.Ensure Artelia site staff apply the correct documents and procedures.Prepare and update hold points, inspection reviews, and QA/QC documentation.Maintain accurate daily site records and progress reports.Safety & Progress MonitoringMonitor site safety measures, ensuring compliance with HSE plans.Continuously track progress, raising alerts on risks or delays.Apply AI-enabled inspection and reporting tools for enhanced monitoring.#J-18808-Ljbffr
