This position focuses on mechanical condition verification and non-destructive testing oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct physical inspection of:AQC & SP boilersAir Cooled Condenser (ACC)Supervise / perform Ultrasonic Thickness (UT) gaugingConduct borescope inspections of turbine bladesIdentify erosion, corrosion, fouling, and tube thinningCross-check maintenance records against physical findingsDocument photographic evidenceProvide mechanical risk inputs to TDD reportRequirementsDegree/Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringNDT Level II or III Certification (UT mandatory)Minimum 8+ years in heavy industrial or power plant inspectionExperience in cement plants or dust-heavy environments preferredFamiliarity with UAE safety and pressure vessel standardsPreferred SkillsExperience in turbine inspectionKnowledge of boiler tube metallurgyStrong reporting and documentation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
