We are a premium quality, safety, and sustainability solutions provider.Your TasksCoordinate inspection activities to ensure the services follow the company standard and project/contractual requirementsPlan and execute mobilization of inspectors locally and worldwideCommunicate with local/overseas counterparts and suppliers for outsourcing of required inspectorsReview the resumes of proposed inspectors to determine their suitability for the inspection assignmentSupport invoicing process with required docs. including time sheets, supporting documents and required approvalsYour Qualifications And SkillsBSc Degree in Engineering or Equivalent3-5 years working experience in relevant fieldProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operations.Excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and vendor coordination.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic business environment.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Paid vacation and leave benefits.A safe and inclusive workplace that values teamwork, innovation, and professional excellence.Additional InformationDon’t meet every single requirement?
