Reports ToTeam ManagerSummaryThe Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for managing existing B2B customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process that delivers renewal value and retention rates. The ISR will provide an exceptional customer experience through consistent, impactful engagement with our customers; promptly addressing and resolving concerns to maintain client satisfaction while proactively providing data‑led insights and advice to ensure our clients success in using our platform. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to foster customer engagement, growth and revenue generation. To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and strong customer relationships. A top inside sales representative should also be competitive and a good listener.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate and conduct regular business reviews with existing customers via phone and ZoomLeveraging internal data tools to drive performance optimizationCoaching and training existing clients while onboarding new clientsUnderstanding existing customers' needs and identifying upsell and growth opportunitiesExecuting Renewals on time and with qualityForecasting accurately, closing sales and achieving sales targetsLearning, presenting and demonstrating various productsStaying informed about competing products and servicesThe PersonDesired Qualifications2-3 years of previous experience in a sales account management or renewal focused inside sales position within a SaaS, marketplace or subscription based businessExperience managing a base of existing B2B customers through the full renewal and growth cycle while forecasting accurately and consistently achieving renewal and growth sales targetsStrong listening and sales skills including needs analysis, financial negotiation skills, objection handling, problem solving, etc.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent phone and meeting management skills.Other CapabilitiesBachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, science or related fieldsProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM software such as Salesforce.comFluent level of verbal and written English required with Arabic, Urdu, Chinese or Russian a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
