Inside Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Executive – Inside Sales | DP World LogisticsDP World Logistics is looking for a driven Executive – Inside Sales to support our KSA business unit and contribute to revenue growth through strong commercial execution, fast quotation turnaround, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.If you’re passionate about logistics, sales operations, and working in a fast-paced, global environment — we’d love to hear from you.Prepare and manage quotations on behalf of the DP World Logistics commercial teamOwn and execute the quotation and contract process with relevant stakeholdersAcquire and develop SME customers across freight, warehousing, and customs brokerage servicesCoordinate with internal teams, DP World global offices, and external logistics partnersMaintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systemsDevelop analytical reports and dashboards (e.g., quote tracker, pipeline, performance, hit rate, campaigns)Support frontline sales with order issue resolution, account registration, invoicing, and shipment challengesAct as a key support partner to Account Owners during market activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related fieldUnderstanding of logistics services (freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage)Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, quotations, and contract processesProven ability to build and manage SME customer relationshipsExperience using CRM systems and MS OfficeStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantageWhy DP World?At DP World, we prioritize customers, collaborate to win, deliver growth, adapt and evolve, and build for a better future.
