We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing moving & storage company in Dubai. This role focuses on converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities for local household, commercial & storage relocation services. It is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the moving, relocation or logistics sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound sales inquiries for local household goods and office relocation & storage servicesProactively follow up on leads generated via phone, email, and website inquiriesProvide accurate quotations for local moving and storage servicesBuild strong relationships with potential customers and understand their moving needsCoordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling of movesMaintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systemsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsPromote additional moving services such as packing, storage, and specialty moving solutionsProvide professional advice on relocation planning and moving timelinesPrepare sales reports and track pipeline activityEnsure excellent customer service throughout the sales processKey Skills & Experience:Experience in moving, relocation, logistics, or storage services salesStrong inside sales or customer service experienceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectivelyExperience using CRM systems for lead tracking and sales managementResults-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets#J-18808-Ljbffr
